How does the monthly billing occur or if no reporting occurs?

If you are using our Monthly plan, we do not bill you for months with no reporting.  After the initial invoice, we bill every three months for any reported months in the prior period. 

The month you add your Lease to the service, plus any future months, will be billed under our Ongoing Reporting fee of $2.95 per month.  Any months prior to the month the Lease record was added to our service will be billed under our Past Reporting fee of $.50 per month.  

Here is an example:
1. You register on April 1st and verify the April payment plus 10 months of past history.
2. Your first invoice would occur around April 16th for $7.95 (April would be billed at the Ongoing rate of $2.95 plus $5.00 for the ten months of history since we only charge $.50 for Past Reporting).
3. The next invoice would occur three months later on or around July 16th.  If you verified May, June, and July, the invoice would be for $8.85 for three Ongoing payments.  If you only verified May and June, the invoice would be $5.90 as we would not charge you if no reporting occurred for July. 
4. The invoice would be $0.00 if no reporting occurred since April, such as your lease ended in April.  

If you are only verifying and reporting past history, all of the payments will be billed at $.50 per month for a maximum amount of $12.00 for 24 months of reported history.
