How do I add a new company record?

How do I add a new company record?

1. Log in to your PaymentReport profile.
2. Select Settings from the main menu.
3. Select the Add Company Profile button in the top-right of the window.
4. Enter the Company Name.
5. Upload the Company Verification document.  You may upload the document at a later time as well. 
6. Select Confirm.
