How do I add a new property record?

Note: The landlord/property manager will complete the following steps, not the tenant. 

1. Log in to your PaymentReport profile.
2. Select Properties from the main menu.
3. Select the Add Property button in the top-right of the window.
4. Select the Company the property is associated to if you have multiple company profiles.  (You may add Company profiles under the Settings section, if necessary)
5. Enter the Address, City, State, and Zip Code information for the property.
6. Upload the Proof of Ownership document.  You may upload the document at a later time as well.  
7. Select the Next button .
8. Select either Single Unit or Multi-Unit depending on whether you own or manage multiple units in the building.
9. Select the Finish button .
