Note: You may use both the Bank Verification and Proof of Payment Upload options to verify your full lease history. Verify as many payments with the Bank Verification option as that is the quickest way to verify payments. For any payments you cannot verify your through bank account, please use the Proof of Payment Upload option. See link below.
1. Log in to your PaymentReport profile.
2. Select "
Click here to verify your payment" on the Dashboard or go to Leases, click on your Lease record, and select the
Add icon 
in the Verify Payments section.
3. Select the Bank Verification option.
Note: If you cannot connect to your bank account through Plaid, please see the Related Links section below to use the Proof of Payment Upload option instead.
4. If you have not entered your credit card information, please enter your billing information.
5. Select Submit.
6. Select Connect to your Bank.
7. Select Continue when prompted with the Plaid welcome screen.
8. Select your bank.
9. Enter your bank login information and select Submit.
10. Complete any verification steps required by your bank.
11. Select Continue when the Plaid connection has completed.
12. When you are returned to the Settings page, select Import Transactions to import your bank data.
Important Note: It may take a few minutes, or longer, for Plaid to import your full transaction history. Initially, only the past 30 days may be available and after a few minutes the rest of your history should be available.
13. Your bank data should be listed in the Bank Transactions section, such as the example below showing test data:
14. The
Bank Transactions are filtered based on the
Rent Amount listed in the Lease record. If you need to see additional records for different amounts, or you need to filter records based on the date, please use the
Filter icon 
to adjust the records that are displayed.
Note: If you do not see the full 24-month history, please note that some banks may only return 18-20 months of data. You may use the Proof of Payment Upload option to verify any months not returned by your bank.
15. Select the bank transaction ID to verify.
16. Enter the Original Due Date of the payment. We will use the Original Due Date to determine which Month/Year to report the payment for. For example, if you submitted your October payment on 09/25/2022, please enter 10/01/2022 so we report the payment for October even though it was submitted in late September.
17. Select the Payment Type, typically Rent Payment.
18. Select Confirm.
19. The payment should appear in the Verified Payment History section.
20. Continue to verify additional payments or use the Proof of Payment Upload section to verify payments not returned in your bank history.
