Why are the payment records not available to verify?

Why are the payment records not available to verify?

If the payment records for a lease have not been created, in order for the property manager/landlord to verify, this indicates the verification process has not been completed by the property manager/landlord or the review process is in progress for one or more of the following items:

1. The Company record associated to the property, if applicable, has not been verified or the PaymentReport staff is reviewing the upload to complete the verification.  Please note the Company records are optional and not required to be associated to a Property record.  

2. The Property record associated to the lease has not been verified or the PaymentReport staff is reviewing the upload to complete the verification.  

3. The Lease record has not been verified or the PaymentReport staff is reviewing the upload to complete the verification.

Once the required items have been uploaded by the property manager/landlord and verified by a PaymentReport staff member the Payment records should be generated in order to verify the payment history for the lease.
